My phone has been ringing off the hook about the listing at 1451 Shiloh Springs in Trotwood. We are currently waiting on the sheriff's deed on this property which is why it hasn't closed yet. I have everyone's info who has emailed or called me on this but the buyer is ready to close and I do not anticipate the home coming back on the market.
